Julie Morgan: On Location Hair and Makeup Artist

Julie Morgan has been a professional make-up and hair artist for over 25 years. She is a licensed cosmetologist and specializes in print, television, fashion and weddings. She carries with her an extensive portfolio with such clients as Melissa Ethridge, Phil Jackson, as well as top models and actors as seen on her website. Julie has been teaching photography make-up for 15 years at Brooks institute, a world renown photography school in Santa Barbara. In addition, Julie has created her own line of make-up and is known by her clients for her clean work.

"I feel anyone can put make-up on, however, the key to a good make-up artist is to be invisible so that all you see is the person or the mood, not the make-up. My goal with make-up is to enhance a clients features; Not to distract. The end result is that the client feels that they are not wearing a make-up mask but, rather they feel comfortable and like themselves."
