Liz is incredibly kind and great at what she does. Not only are you getting someone skilled but also a great person who is nice to talk to. She is willing to travel and accomodates a busy schedule well. She listens well to exactly what you want, or if you prefer, uses her creatvity to create from her own unique ideas. My bridesmaids and I all looked great and loved working with her. She could probably charge a lot more than she does!

Liz is amazing. She did a hair-trial with me the day before the wedding, and didn't stop until I was happy with what I saw! Which didn't take long because Liz is very skilled. In fact, my hair stayed in for almost 30+ hours of travel (as we left for our honeymoon right after the reception). So that proved the hairdo will STAY! She did an amazing job on all my gals too. Her assistant was amazing too! HIRE her and you won't be dissapointed. She will travel to you and is a sweet, sweet person to talk to. I even tried to invite her to my wedding :-)

Liz did my hair and make up for my wedding day and I am so happy she did! She gave me the look I was hoping for =) She is extremely sweet and professional, and she is very detail oriented. She and her assistant Gloria made me and my bridesmaids feel so pretty that day! Liz was a pleasure to work with, she is prompt at responding to communication and always on time. I would definitely recommend her to any bride.

Liz is wonderful! My hair and make up was just what I had been picturing and it lasted the whole day. She listened to what I wanted and was able to make it happen, she is very talented, I wish I could hire to do my hair and make up everyday. She is very professional and flexible, we had to change the ceremony time after I had already booked her and she was very willing (and able) to change to the earlier time. Thank you Liz!

I would highly recommend Beauty on Location by Liz for hair and makeup. She is extremely professional and attentive. At the trial run, she was very interested in establishing what I wanted and being sure I was happy with the results. She was extremely prompt the day of, spent a lot of time perfecting my hair/makeup and then making sure I was happy before she left. She even offered that I could call her if anything came up. In researching online I felt her prices were very reasonable as well. I liked that for my hair and makeup although it was styled more than I could have done myself, it still felt natural. I got many compliants on my hair updo that day. I like how friendly, honest, and down to earth Liz is - it kind of felt like someone I knew was doing my hair.

I have been telling everyone just how amazing Liz is to work with. Not only did she get my hair to do things I honestly never dreamed were possible, she was such an absolute joy to work with. Her dedication to making the client happy was so obvious during my hair trial when she was so willing to try various styles until I had the exact one I wanted. I showed her photos of hairstyles that I liked but assumed that much of what I liked was impossible what with the length of my hair and its fine texture, but she really worked magic with it! The style I ended up choosing from the trial made me feel wonderful and I went into my wedding day knowing I wouldn't have to worry a bit about my hair. But more than her artistic talent, I truly appreciated her wonderful personality. The get-ready stage of a wedding should be relaxing and exciting and full of lovely thoughts about the day and your gorgeous groom, with as little stress as possible. Her warm and friendly attitude really helped make that happen. There's something to be said about surrounding yourself with good, kind people on the day of your wedding and that's why I would highly recommend Liz to anyone!

Liz was great! She was very prompt in returning emails and communication with me. Most of all she is talented! My bridesmaids and I all looked beautiful at the wedding! She was able to take picture of what I liked and make it happen beautifully with my hair and makeup!Thank you Liz! I am so glad that I chose her to do our hair and make up, we looked great and our pictures look amazing too! Liz was an AMAZING hair/makeup person for my wedding. For someone who hardly ever wears makeup, Liz made me feel both beautiful and comfortable on my wedding day. I was very impressed with her professionalism and her ability to come to me the day of the wedding - not only did she come to my hotel room, but she came early! Liz was so helpful and responsive. When I had to reschedule our trial run, she actually came to my home, which was so great. She's very friendly and listens really well. She really took the time to make sure that I was happy with the hair and makeup. All of my bridesmaids, and the two mothers had a great time getting their hair and makeup done and everyone looked great. I would definitely recommend Liz to anyone looking for on-site hair and makeup service.

Liz was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, interested in exactly what I wanted, and very supportive. I actually got the flu a few days before my wedding, and looked terrible at the rehearsal dinner the night before. On the wedding day after Liz had done my hair and makeup though, everyone kept coming up to me asking how I had recovered so quickly- I looked so beautiful! Sadly I hadn't actually recovered, but at least now I have amazing wedding pictures to look back on for a lifetime. Liz was a lifesaver!

Liz is amazing! She attended to my every need and contributed to the planning process with my hair and make-up. She even helped me purchase some of the make-up that she used on me - I loved it that much! I really appreciated her doing a trial-run for me about a month before my big day too. She also came to start doing my hair before 6AM which was the ONLY way my hair/make-up was going to be ready for my morning wedding. My wedding day was amazing - and it all started with Liz making me look and feel gorgeous and relaxed. Not only was Liz a great make up artist (everyone commented on how beautiful I looked - and they meant it), but she was able to put me at ease during those crucial moments before the wedding. What an amazing convenience it was that Liz came to my wedding venue to "fix me up". I had no fear of running late, I was availble on location for all the last minute details that popped up and it just made life a lot easier. Liz is an amazing artist, but I always felt involved and catered to during my make over. If you want to have a fantastic start to your wedding day - make sure to use Liz on Location for your make up and hairstyling needs. It made a world of difference on my day!

Liz was phenomenal! She really payed attention to detail and made sure to listen to what I really wanted. She then made sure I was completely satisfied with her work. The makeup she uses is of high quality and is long lasting. Liz is very professional and was a calming prescence on my big day. I would definitely use her services again and recommend her to others. I received many compliments on how beautiful I looked. I really was pleased with how much of a difference the makeup made. And the best part is that she comes to you! Our wedding was about an hour drive from my house and about a two hour drive for her. She was setup and ready to go when I arrived, making me feel at ease.

Exceptional; Highly Recommend

Liz and her team honestly impressed me!!! I have very VERY long hair (over 3 feet long) and was nervous that I wouldn't find a stylist who could handle it. In high school I actually had hair professionals quite or start crying when I walked through their doors on the morning of Prom or a Homecoming dance! Seriously!!! But Liz was ready for the challenge ...and that of all my sisters who were my bridesmaids and also have long hair like mine!!! She was happy to accomodate as many "Trial Run" appointments as I felt were necesary to assure I would be comfortable with my hair and makeup choices on the day of the actual wedding. I was also nervous about the time-scheduling for our wedding because we were having a location wedding in Monterey, CA with a MORNING garden ceremony and I couldn't find ANY salon that would open early enough to accomodate myself and my bridal party in time. Luckily nothing could stop Liz and her team of beauticians from coming directly to us!!! They showed up at our hotel room at 4:00 am with supplies in hand!! They did all the girls' hair and make-up, including my own and we were out the door in record time. I had never felt so beautiful in all my life and I still look back at the photos from my wedding and am amazed that she was able to get my long, heavy hair to hold a gorgeous curl for 8 hours in Monetery damp air!!!! And my makeup stayed flawless too!!!!!
