The ladies of Bridal Image are great! Especially, Elizabeth and Angela. They really make you feel like you are the only bride getting married. They are so warm and attentive. Thier new shop on Gough street looks just like the high end shops in the Embarcaderro but here I found my dream dress for $1000. They dont have the largest collection of dresses but the dresses they do have are affordable and up to date. There is a wide variety of different styles to try on at Bridal Image. The entire process from trying on, dress fitting, and alterations at Bridal Image was great. My friend also got her dress here and was just as happy as I was.

I couldn't have been more happy with Bridal Image! Although their shop is small, they have a good selection of dresses to choose from and they really work with you to find a dress you love that is within your budget. Their new shop on Gough St. is really cute. It is simply, trendy, and clean. They have great mirrors, nice dressing rooms, and soft robes. Appointments are 1 hour and they call the day before to remind you of your appointment. They don't allow you to take pictures in your dress, but once you purchase it, they let you take as many pictures as you want.Bridal image stands out for their excellent staff. The women who work at bridal image are professional, friendly, helpful, and pay great attention to detail. They even called and left a message on my wedding day to congratulate me, which was such a nice touch. My dress was absolutely beautiful, great quality, and the price was very reasonable. The alterations were somewhat pricey, but definitely worth it. The seamstress did a fantastic job. I strongly recommend Bridal Image

The toughest part of searching for my wedding dress was that my mom and closest friends are all on the other side of the country, so it was important for me to trust of the opinions of my bridal consultant. Elizabeth was wonderful from the very beginning, and really listened to what I wanted (and an even longer list of what I knew I didn't want). She is completely patient and makes you feel comfortable even though you're standing there in your underwear in front of a stranger. Bridal Image has a good range of dresses under $2k, so almost everything fit within my budget. They take incredibly good care of their dresses and I even ended up purchasing my dress right off the rack since it was in nearly perfect condition. The shop is sort of in an unusual spot, but during the day and on the weekends street parking is pretty easy. Both times I made appointments and Elizabeth was prompt and ready to help me try some dresses.I could go on about their customer service but the best example is that on the day I bought my dress it was pouring rain, and I needed to catch a cab. Elizabeth called a cab for me and for another couple who had purchased a dress. Long story short, after almost 2 HOURS and plenty of cab company calls and attempts to hail one from the street, Elizabeth and Angela drove the 3 of us to Market Street so we could catch public transport to where we were going. Not only did they stay long past closing, but they went out of their way to make sure we could get to where we needed to go. That's above-and-beyond customer service if you ask me!I would highly recommend Bridal Image to anyone shopping for a wedding dress.

I cannot recommend Bridal Image enough. I was lucky enough to work with Elizabeth, who was GREAT. She figured out exactly what to have me try on, and we found my dress after trying on only four. The shop is nice--pretty, clean, comfortable, private--and they have plenty of selection. The prices are stunningly reasonable. There is free street parking as well as a $10 (for the entire day) lot next door. If you are looking for a wedding gown, do yourself a favor and go to Bridal Image! I'm sure all of the girls who work there are good, but if you can work with Elizabeth then you will be thrilled! :)

Elizabeth and Angela are SO great. They make the experience at Bridal Image so pleasant and enjoyable. I was a little worried and stressed during the process because I was traveling from DC to plan an SF wedding, but they made it easy to work in dress fittings when I was in town and getting alterations was painless and easy. They have a good selection of dresses and they treat each and every customer like family!

Wow, what a place and what a wonderful customer service I have gotten. I knew from the start what kind of dress I wanted to get and set up several appts in the city to look for my dream wedding gown. We went to several galleries and I was starting to get disappointed as I couldn't find anything that would strike my heart. As soon as I walked in Bridal Image, I had THE dress print out on the top of all my dresses cut out and immideatly they told me they had it. It was by La Sposa, Lambel dress. I tried it on and knew right there and then that it was my dress. Eveything was handled quick and with no hassles. The dress came in almost a month earlier which was wonderful as I had some alterations to be done. My dress had a lot of ruffles and a long train so making for a perfect bustle was a no easy task but it was done beautifully. I absolutely love my dress and wish I can wear it again!

The staff at Bridal Image are very professional. They make you feel like you're their only customer. The lady who worked with me called the day before the wedding to wish me luck and to let me know that she was thinking of me. It was so personal! They made the dress buying experience wonderful.

This is my 2nd store when i search for my wedding gown.my first place is david... pretty sad their service, even i already make appt i felt their service in rush and they don't gave me time to think bout it.and thank God i have another option which is bridal image.what i love the most is their service... they are patient and not in rush (cause it's your time) and they have a lot of collection of ivory color for my wedding dress ;)I really recommend this place to every person that i know will getting married.Last word... no matter how famous the bridal and the good deal out there at the end and what the matter is we need (as a bride) is a service who want listen and care to find and fulfill what we are looking for our gown and my suggest you come to the right place which is bridal image (make them as a first option, not like me).

The entire staff at Bridal Image was wonderful! A+, top notch! The selection of gowns will fit any bride's body and budget.

I went to Bridal Image for my wedding gown and found my perfect wedding dress. It looked terribly expensive with beautiful, intricate beading, but when I looked at the price tag I was shocked to see that the dress was under $1000. Bridal Image has a great selection of dresses, and the majority of the dresses they have are really pretty. I have been to other bridal salons where I would say most of the dresses were hideous. The sales people are very helpful, not pushy at all, and willing to take their time with you. And the dresses are quite reasonably priced. If you are looking for a dress in the $1000 - $1500 price range, you'll find plenty of nice ones here.

Bridal Image was a great place to find my (beautiful) wedding dress.I live in NY and bought my dress/got married in the bay area. The staff were accomodative in timing my dress fittings, as well as courteous + friendly.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Bridal Image. Elizabeth, our consultant, was absolutely terrific. She was low key quite focused, and I could tell that she was very experienced in helping brides. My sister and I have very different styles and approaches and this was one of those rare times when we both agreed that Elizabeth rocked the house. She asked me a few questions, really listened, and she was able to tell in a matter of minutes what sort of dress I wanted and she had three options available for me to try on.And throughout the whole process she used her knowledge and experience to ensure that I had the PERFECT dress.Bridal Image has beautiful dresses and you can walk around and see them all hanging up to get an idea of what you might like. They are not stuffed in bags or "off limits" like some places.And their prices are unbelievable. They have the most amazing designer dresses for under $1000.Run, do not walk, to Bridal Image! And do not be put off by the waiting area. It appears a little rundown but pay it no attention! Just wait for your consultant to come out and greet you and you will forget all about the waiting area.

I found my dream wedding dress, under budget, at this down-to-Earth store. The non-snootyness was refreshing. I worked with Xiu, who was lovely, sincere and knowledgeable (she has a background as a seamstress, which is extremely helpful). I'm sure my experience was very positive because: 1. I went during the week. 2. I made an appointment prior to my visit. Both these factors are highly recommended. Definitely not the right place for everyone, but if you are looking for beautiful dresses and GREAT service at a reasonable price, this is the place for you.I just got married April 18, 2009. My dress delivery actually got delayed by about 2 and a half weeks. Luckily, I had ordered my dress very early and this was never a problem. The lovely ladies at Bridal Image kept calling me and updating me on the status of the delay until the dress finally came in. They were so graceful about the whole thing, they even did my dress' bustle for free as a courtesy for my inconvenience. I had my alteration work done with them and, even though it wasn't anything major, I was very impressed with the final result. I still feel very strongly about recommending their services.

I went to Bridal Image once and found my dress off the rack and on sale. The salesperson really listened concerning the style of gown I wanted and made great suggestions for dresses to try. They had a better selection than most of the other stores I visited. I didn't feel pressured to get a more expensive dress or hurry to make a decision. Their website is informative and has links to all the designers they carry.

I bought my Maggie Sottero dress from Bridal Image. I had actually found the dress through another store, but bought it at Bridal Image because they were a little cheaper. The owners are very sweet & helpful.

I was referred by my friend here. This place has a lot selection. Finally after many hours, we decided what to get and i had ordered a custom fit. I went there twice for the trial just to make sure and it fit me perfectly. Overall, a very good place.

After visiting several bridal shops, I was still dress-less and feeling like I would never find my 'perfect' dress. Thank god I stumbled upon SF Bridal Image. I love Elizabeth, she's so sweet and wonderful. I felt like I got to know the staff there pretty well and they all always remembered me by name when I came in... sometimes months apart! Additionally, by the time my dress came in I had dropped 2 dress sizes and it needed extensive alterations, but their seamstress did a wonderful job and worked hard to get the perfect fit after several fittings. She also made a french bustle that was incredibly beautiful! My dress was so gorgeous and I felt like a million dollars in it. I can't wait to send Elizabeth a card and a picture from the wedding to thank her and let her know how it went.This isn't your posh boutique (those are way too stuffy and overpriced for me anyway!), but they do have some great dresses at an affordable price and the women who work there are so great at what they do! This is a definite must-visit in the bay area. They are appt only.... but you are helped one on one and you can take as many pictures as you want. They were also great at suggesting dresses that worked well with my body type.

I received my dress early and had no problems. They might be slightly pricer than other places from the designer, but I chose them anyways since their customer service was really good and I had faith in that they would no cause any problems with ordering the dress.

My wife went to at least 5 - 6 other vendors within the bay area and she loved this place the best for their selection, prices, and service.
