I cannot recommend Jackie Jones Wilson highly enough! We wanted a wine country wedding because we had enjoyed visiting the area during our dating years. We made a trip to the Napa Valley and left dis-hearted because we just couldn't find that special spot to have our ceremony and no wedding planner would talk to us unless we wanted to give them money in advance. We were not sure if the Napa area would end up working out for us, so we didn't feel comfortable hiring anyone. I somehow found Jackie on the Internet when we returned from our Napa visit and from the moment I received her reply email, I knew she was going to be a perfect fit for our special day!! I must have contacted 25 different wedding companies/individuals. When all of the other inquiry's I made were never responded to, Jackie was contacting me giving me confidence that she was the right person for the job. Jackie is VERY respected in her community (Sonoma/Santa Rosa) as I soon found out. Every vendor I contacted knew Jackie and only had the best things to say about her and her work ethics. Jackie and I talked about my dream wedding day and can I just say that she understood my dream, right down to the special chair flowers and the long aisle I wanted to walk down. The music trio she recommended was breath taking, and even as I write this I start to cry at just how lovely they were. Jackie took her time to make sure every detail was perfect and she was also present for my event, which thrilled me as she is now considered one of our family members. We LOVED everything that was planned and it all went so smoothly!! I am so glad Jackie recommended the Sonoma area!! Jackie is a true professional and I couldn't have found anyone else that would have been as awesome and right on with our dreams! Your wedding day is one that you never forget. We will never forget how perfect Jackie made our day! There are a lot of people that claim they are wedding planners, but Jackie is much much more than a wedding planner. She took the time to talk to me, and she transformed our day into so much beauty that EVERYONE could see it. Everyone noticed the little touches and felt the love that my husband and I have for each other. Our love is truly special and I feel like Jackie captured the outer beauty of how we feel, and our vows and the ceremony captured the inner beauty of the love we share. It was such a wonderful time for our family, friends and ourselves. Jackie, thank you for making our dreams come true. We will never forget you. You gave us the best day of our entire lives!

The first time we spoke you can just tell she is really committed to what she does! she took everything seriously and treated as if it is her own wedding! attention to details and she listens and understands our needs. I don't want to write a loooong review but if we could give her 10 stars we would! email me if you want to know more. overall an unforgettable wedding! beautifully planned and all of our guests came up to me at the end of the wedding said that it is the most beautiful wedding they ever attended! enough said.

I'm type A - hyper organized, obsessive about tiny details and a bigtime list maker. I hate careless errors or repeating myself. So I had very high, maybe unrealistic expectations for my wedding planner -- I expected her to be just as detailed and hopefully more so. Jackie exceeded my standards - she is extremely organized and responsive. I would email long lists of questions and thoughts and she'd get back to me on every single point. And I realized, just as valuable is that she is so personable and therefore has a fantastic reputation around wine country. She has close relationships with loads of highly regarded vendors whom love to work with her and has managed events of all sizes at countless venues. Her network, experience and easy going personality are essential not only for the long planning process but all the moving parts and people on the big day itself - she even considers behind-the-scenes issues you wouldn't think of such as whom is working the kitchen staff that night, timeline factors to keep your meals hot and fresh, where the sun is setting for photos, etc. Some planners can be abrasive, bossy or intense, especially when difficulties arise. Jackie is tremendously considerate and tactful in all her dealings and is able to smoothly negotiate family politics and other drama that inevitably comes up. I felt that she was very open to all my ideas, yet gently guided me so that the look and design of my wedding was cohesive and followed proper etiquette, which was a priority for me. Everything was so beautiful yet appeared effortless. My friends have had with planners whom suggest ideas to either save you money or make themselves money and in the process encourage you to do tacky or inappropriate things. I really felt that Jackie's suggestions not only considered my budget but were in the interest of keeping my wedding elegant with my personal details, without being over the top, crazy in your face or gauche, and this sets a wedding above others. My goal was to throw an amazing event where guests were totally taken care of and would have tons of fun till the very end of the night, and then wish it was wasn't over. Simultaneously I wanted to convey our tastes, backgrounds and cultures in creative and surprising ways throughout the evening. I wanted all our guests' senses saturated, spilling over with the experience - tons of gorgeous flowers and visual details, incredible food and wine, great music, and an electric atmosphere that felt intimate despite the larger headcount. So many weddings are cookie-cutter and predictable - I didn't want that. Jackie understood my vision right away - she just "got" me and we had fun brainstorming ideas. We even mixed in Asian cultural traditions unusual for Sonoma such as a Buddhist ceremony, the Japanese one thousand cranes, and a Chinese lion dance during the reception. She was totally comfortable managing this territory since she's used to a diverse clientele. It is with my strongest conviction that I recommend Jackie - the wedding planning process can be so overwhelming and stressful, but Jackie makes it fun - I laughed so much throughout the year and I can't emphasize enough how much I enjoyed working with her. It's so important not only to have good chemistry but to be able to totally trust your wedding planner. I had her support 100%. Jackie's a must for your wedding and a spectacular standout!

The best decision we made in planning our wedding was working with Jackie Jones Wilson. We clicked with her right away and throughout the process, she continued to prove that our decision was a good one. Not only did she help us narrow down the vendors, she guided us through the entire process. I knew that I could focus on enjoying the process because she wasn’t letting anything fall through the cracks.
We did a walkthrough at the venue months prior to the event and she was a complete professional. She thought of things that we would have never considered and really made a difference to the event. She was able to determine what was important to us and handled any little issues that arose without having to bother us. It was fantastic.
Having Jackie manage the set up of the rentals and the vendors was worth its weight in gold. We were able to focus on our guests and enjoy time with them. The day of ran so smoothly and on time, thanks to Jackie.
Our wedding was a total dream and I would hire Jackie again in a heartbeat, it was money very well spent.

My husband and I had such a great experience working with Jackie from the first time we spoke to her on the phone. We live in Chicago, so the idea of planning a wedding from afar was more than a little daunting. Jackie provided us with a specific timeline of what we needed to accomplish and when, including so many small details that we had not even thought about. She truly listened to what was most important for us for our wedding, and had such great ideas on how to make it happen. The venue we selected (Auberge du Soleil) has VERY specific guidelines regarding what is and is not allowed, and strict policies for vendors; Jackie worked directly with the on site coordinator to ensure a seamless experience for us and our wedding party. Every vendor that she recommended was outstanding, I feel that we had the "dream team" of wedding vendors!
Jackie and her team truly made our planning experience and our wedding so memorable, and I know that we have made a friend that we will keep in contact with in the coming years. I HIGHLY recommend Enchanted Weddings to anyone planning a wedding in Wine Country, they are wonderful!

My husband and I were married in June 2010 at Gundlach-Bunschu vineyards. Jackie was one of 3 preferred vendors for a coordinator - and we are very glad we chose her! It was a second wedding for both myself and my husband so we wanted something low, low key. No frills at all. Jackie got that immediately when we talked - and didn't push for making our wedding a big event. I would highly recommend Jackie to any bride looking to marry in wine country. I have no doubt that if we had been planning a big affair she would have been just as invaluable.

Jackie Jones Wilson is absolutely phenomal! She is the ultimate professional -- highly organized, cheerful, and responsive to phone calls and e-mails. She is also just a wonderful person, whom I now consider a friend. She is highly respected and experiencedd in the Wine Country wedding industry, and can offer excellent recommendations on everything from venues and florists, to where to get your dress pressed the week of the wedding.
We hired Jackie to help plan our April 2010 wedding at Cline Cellars in Sonoma. We went out to lunch with her early on in the planning process, and she really took the time to get to know me and my husband. She was completely genuine, and wanted to know about our families, and what our priorities were for our big day. She quickly understood which details we cared about, and which ones we more than content to leave up to her.
She provided me with a very helpful timeline of key events throughout the planning process, ie) select hair and make-up artist, send song choices to band, finish seating chart. She also reminded me of upcoming deadlines, and offered frank advice, when asked, on everything from table linens to flowers to food choice. She accommodated my busy work schedule and made herself available "after hours."
Jackie also got to understand my family dynamic, and was in frequent communication with my parents, as well as me. My mother had a particular "vision" for the lighting in the barrel room at Cline (a vision I shared), and she worked with our lighting vendor to achieve a fantastic result.
On the day of the wedding, she was just a star. Everything went perfectly, and I felt so much more relaxed knowing that she was taking care of everything. I was truly able to enjoy every moment, without worrying, for example, that it would be too cold (she ordered more heatlamps at the last minute), or that the buses would not arrive to pick up the guests on time. She handled everything with such competence and grace, and was not in-your-face, at all. She made it all seem so effortless.
I can't imagine planning my wedding without Jackie. She is truly the best, and I would recommend her to any bride-to-be!

When my fiancé call from Iraq and told me he wanted to get married when we were in California the week after he came home, I wasn’t going to say no, but I definitely had no idea how to go about planning a destination wedding from 3,000 miles away in less than a month. So after a lot of internet searching I came upon Jackie Jones Wilson and the Wine Country Elopements website. All it took was one phone conversation and I was immediately as ease and comfortable putting all the planning decision in her hands. That was the best decision we could have made. Once we hired Jackie, all we had to do was get to Sonoma and show up at the venue. Everything else was handled with an amazing attention to detail. We selected our venue and our excellent vendors, sight unseen with Jackie’s recommendations and guidance and the day was more beautiful than we could have hoped for. It far exceeded our expectations. I can't say enough wonderful things about Jackie and her company, Wine Country Elopements. Jackie is warm, professional, easy to work with, responsive and concerned with making each wedding unique and personal. I would recommend her to anyone interested in either small elopement or a large wedding.

Our experience with Jackie Jones Wilson and Enchanted Weddings was five-star, start to finish.
Planning a wedding, especially a destination wedding, is HARD. We knew we needed help - and wound up hiring Jackie, sight unseen, on the basis of recommendations and a couple of phone calls. We were excited to work with her, and our gut choice paid off. Jackie is amazing:
1) Jackie listens to what you want, and tailors her recommendations to your style and preferences. Not at all pushy or aggressive (like some others we talked to).
2) Jackie is cool, calm, and collected. Nothing frazzles her, even last-minute changes (like when it rained the morning of our wedding).
3) Jackie has warm working relationships with all the best wine country vendors. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly professional and easy to approach; and had the same classy aesthetic as Jackie's. And, they had great things to say about Jackie - a really strong endorsement.
4) Jackie is perfectly organized. Her timeline up to the wedding, and especially on the day-of, was down to a science. Literally, to the second.
5) Jackie is super accessible and responsive throughout the process. She promptly answered phone calls and emails; and went out of her way to accommodate our busy schedules, especially on the few times that we spent in wine country before our wedding.
6) Jackie is super nice and cares about her clients!! Working with her felt like so much more than a client-vendor relationship.
Our September wedding at Jacuzzi Family Vineyards was spectacular, and we owe so much of it to Jackie!

shortly after our wedding i sent the following email to jackie:
jackie...
havent had much no time to do anything since last wednesday (7/8/09 = our wedding) because we have been everywhere in the bay area (from sonoma to berkley to felton to santa cruz to monterey to carmel)... BUT i just wanted to take the time to say "THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH" for everything... you are soooo awesome and everything you did for our wedding was so awesome... everyone had an awesome and great time... you had everything planned and covered... from the candles to the flowers to the drinks/eats, everybody had only great things to say... we watched to video (which our in law taped) the other day and while manuela and i were with ken taking pics on the viansa grounds we saw you in the video passing cake out to our family wearing white gloves... that really touched us!!! you even had all the small and simple things (which some people overlook sometimes BUT not you) covered... you are indeed an overachiever... our wedding was spectacular and it truly could not have been that great if you were not involved... we will definately spread your great name to all of our soon to be married friends... thanks again for everything!!!
if was truly so much fun and more...
the fungs...
i have attended many weddings, participated in a wedding, but it was my first wedding where i was actually getting married... before the wedding day, our only communication with jackie was through email and phone conversations... we knew (and we hoped) that our wedding would be awesome, but we weren't sure how it was going to all come togethor... AND that's where jackie comes in... we met her in person on the day of our wedding and she was very down to earth, courteous, polite, professional, and the list goes on and on... not only did jackie make the bride and groom feel special, but she extended that same special care to all of our family members who attended the wedding... jackie litterally set my mind at ease the minute i met her, and i knew we were in great hands... she litterally had/has all the bases covered... from the venue, to the flowers, the candles, the minister, the photographer, the wine/food, the service was all on point... jackie was the perfect orchestra/director of our wedding... we honestly feel that our wedding couldn't have been that special and amazing without jackie's expertise and involvement...

My husband and I were recently married at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn on October 25, 2008. We originally planned a large wedding in Chicago, where we currently live. But, once we finished planning, we decided that the event didnÂ’t reflect who we were. After we booked the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn, Jackie Jones Wilson with Enchanted Weddings was recommended to us.
I spoke to Jackie over the phone and immediately felt comfortable with her. She listened and understood exactly what we wanted for our day. From the beginning, she was unbelievably accessible responding to any email almost immediately. She is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She has relationships with any vendor in the area you would want – from hair and make-up to music. After we met Jackie in June and saw our ceremony location for the first time, we had no doubts. This woman is organized! While it was a bit nerve wracking to see a room for the first time after already having committed to it, she assured us everything would be perfect and we believed her.
Once we started working together, Sarah Garcia jumped on the team to assist Jackie. With these two women on top of it, there was no need to worry. They offered to help with anything and everythingÂ…from making place cards to having my dressed pressed and waiting for me in my room that morning. I literally dropped a bag of miscellaneous items with them at the rehearsal and left everything else up to them. I was occasionally cued to do somethingÂ…like walk down the aisle or cut the cakeÂ…but other than that, we just enjoyed ourselves. I am pretty sure thatÂ’s what it is all about.
We canÂ’t thank Jackie or Sarah enough for their professionalism and attention to detail. They truly exceeded our expectations. We are still enjoying all the comments from our guests about how beautiful and fun our wedding was. Little do they know, it was all Enchanted WeddingsÂ…we just showed up.

Wine Country Elopements ensured that our wedding was magical.
My fiancé and I decided to forgo a full production wedding in order to ensure that our nuptials and relationship were the focal point of our day. Everything was perfectly organized and in place, a beautiful venue, flowers, candles, an amazing photographer (Meg Smith!), delicious cake, horsderves and champagne all thanks to the diligence of Jackie Jones Wilson – founder and owner.
However, on the day of our wedding, we had an unexpected turn of events – six of our very closest friends CRASHED OUR WEDDING! It actually was a very pleasant surprise, but what does one do as the crashers arrived just four hours prior to our walk down the aisle?! And the event was planned for four. Fortunately for us, we hired Jackie Jones Wilson, wedding planner extraodinar! Jackie and her team didn’t skip a beat and quickly adjusted our wedding to accommodate the fabulous six in a beautiful and seamless way.
While I wouldnÂ’t recommend a crash, I do recommend Wine Country

My wedding was an amazing day, in most part to Jackie. She is so extremely organized, responsive, and has great creative ideas! The entire day went so smoothly thanks to her, and I had no worries - I really did feel like a guest at my own wedding. I never worried about a single thing because Jackie thinks of everything!! Jackie was so great with our huge family and kept everyone running on time (which I'm sure was a huge feat in itself with how many people there were to keep track of!). Jackie is the best there is!!

I can't say enough in the way of accolades for this company. Jackie (owner) is warm, professional, easily accessible, and views each wedding as a unique one, not as 'another wedding.' Her staff is meticulously chosen and each are exactly what anyone would imagine on their special day. The only thing we needed to do was arrive at the venue--I had complete trust that everything else was handled so that I could relax. I loved the 'classy' touch that Jackie ensures is present throughout the event and there's not an ounce of doubt in my mind that choosing the "Enchanted Weddings/Wine Country Elopement' was the best decision for our big day. I would recommend this option to anyone interested in an intimate, classy, professional, special, warm, unique, and relaxing wedding in the middle of one of the most beautiful and serene locations in the world.

Jackie was absolutely the best decision we made! Not only does she take care of every detail, have flawless taste, is extremely knowledgeable and creative, but she is also wonderful to work with. Planning a wedding can be a stressful process but with Jackie as our wedding coordinator the preparation was nothing but fun and stress-free. The wedding day itself went off better than I ever thought possible. Jackie's minute by minute itinerary and exceptional vendors and staff took care of everything and allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our day without having to worry about anything. I can't thank her enough for all she did to make our wedding day perfect and would recommend her to any bride looking for a planner. Six months later and we are still receiving wonderful compliments about our wedding!

Jackie Jones Wilson is simply the best. My husband and I had not a clue how to begin planning a wedding. In the end she was the best decision we made. Jackie has a wealth of knowledge and works with really good people from budget to high end.
She is very intuitive at suggesting venders that will best suit your personality and needs. Everyone she recommended was outstanding.
I knew exactly what I was looking for in regards to design. Jackie really understood it and had some really cool ideas. She is so completely down to earth and will go out of her way to make sure you have exactly what you want. She is understated elegance. She was also up for any unique or crazy idea we threw out there. I was a very particular bride and Jackie was unbelievably patient with me as I painstakingly searched for the perfect ladle, water pitcher and salt and pepper shaker. She was very easy to reach when I needed her and always gracious. She went out of her way to assist me in my various searches as well.
She has an incredible eye for detail that may have rivaled mine. My cousin described the experience as ‘being an extra in a movie’. That is the ultimate compliment.
She provided an unbelievably detailed itinerary down to the minute for everyone involved so our wedding day was as beautiful as I believed it would. My guests even remarked how seamlessly the entire evening was orchestrated.
We even had a three alarm fire at our post party venue that Jackie handled with the greatest of ease. My family still continues to marvel at the way she calmly and quickly handled the situation.
I had to be the most relaxed bride in history.. And that's saying a lot!

My husband, Grant, and I had had prior experience planning events, so we had hoped to avoid hiring a wedding coordinator. We wanted to have control over our event, we feared putting such important tasks in someone else's hands, and we thought that we could save a buck. Luckily, our worries were unfounded. Looking back I can't imagine not having Jackie as part of our wedding experience. My mom and I still laugh about how unprepared we were for the intricacies of planning a wedding. Especially when we were planning it from Chicago. We only visited California once prior to our wedding and everything else was accomplished over the phone and email. Jackie had a detailed itinerary waiting for us upon our arrival and we never stopped. She narrowed down the vendors, so that we only had to interview the three that best fit our needs. This saved us a lot of time. And we never once questioned the vendors that she chose for us to meet. Everyone that Jackie referred was professional, friendly, and performed outstanding work. At the end of the day, my husband and I were able to make all of the final decisions that defined our event and we were able to do it with the piece of mind that we had selected from the best of the best.
I interviewed 6 wedding coordinators as we narrowed down our wedding ideas. After, I got off the phone with Jackie; I knew that we had found the right one for us. Grant and I still count Jackie as a friend. After all of her hard work and effort to make our wedding such a special affair, it was impossible to walk away from the friendship that was made. We can't say enough about Jackie's warm personality, attention to detail, ability to help keep you on course, and her wonderful contacts throughout Wine Country. You won't be disappointed. Our friends and family are still talking about our wedding and how amazing it was -- thanks to Jackie.

Wine Country Elopements is a phenomenal service! Jackie Jones Wilson knows her business and has exceptional taste! My husband and I are overjoyed with our entire experience - we had the wedding we wanted in every respect. We were a little nervous about planning our wedding 1500 miles away - but she really put us at ease - and we are so thankful that we put our trust in her. The photographer was brilliant, and the officiant and venue were wonderful. Jackie chooses her vendors wisely and it shows. Not to mention that she is great to work with - she was responsive and had answers and recommendations on every issue I inquired about! All of our guests said it was an unbelievable experience, and I couldn't agree more. Jackie is a true gem, and her service is worth every penny.
