Nona provided the flowers for our wedding. She came highly recommended by a co-worker. Nona was easy to work with, reasonably priced and really knows her flowers. She never tried to oversell us and even gave suggestions when I said that my mother wanted to do the centerpieces. I know next to nothing about flowers, so it was great that she had suggestions and was willing to work around flowers that make me sneeze! I would highly recommend her!

Nona and her associates were a pleasure to work with. They were very flexible concerning what we could do with my budget. I know almost nothing about flowers, so it was really nice that I was able to just give some color suggestions to Nona and she would tell me what kind of flowers we could use and even pulled up pictures of the flowers I wasn't familiar with. The only area that I wasn't completely, 100% satisfied with- was that the centerpieces were not quite as full as I imagined they would be. But they were still lovely, and they were complimented by my guests.

Nona was easy to talk to and very creative. Within 5 minutes of meeting her I knew she was going to be my florist. I wanted seasonal flowers, to use flowers that are native to CA, to have something really nice within my budget. She listened to me and gave me wonderful suggestions that formed the proposal. The flowers she delivered exceeded our vision, our budget & fit perfectly with our Christian-Hindu style wedding. I highly recommend her work.

Nona at Floral Design Studio made me wedding what it is. From our first meeting till the wedding, she was always available, always in a positive mood, and always with great ideas. She saw my vision I wanted to create and executed it above and beyond my expectations. Now, two months later and people are still commenting on how amazing my flowers were. Not only the flowers, but Nona generously rented us some other items out of her shop that we needed last minute and threw in some bling around the vases we saw. She is so easy going and is truly there for the bride and the family. When she came back after the wedding was over at 11:30pm, she not only got her things together, but helped my mom clean up and even washed out our Champagne flutes. I couldn't imagine a better florist and so happy we found Floral Design Studio. I hope to work with Nona again for something.

Nona, she's great! When I first visited her studio she asked me "What do I like" my answer was "I have no idea" hahaha... she immediately took out few books and show me what she can do for me. Of course, she also checked with my on how many tables, guest and my budget so she can work within my budget. On the day of my wedding, Nona and her team came early to drop off all the flowers and ready for set-up. Overall, I'm very satisfied with her service and I will definitely introduce her to my next girlfriend who is getting married. Thank you Nona and your team!Kay

Nona Tai is amazing! Don't even bother looking anywhere else. Nona is by far the most talented, professional and affordable choice. She was so easy and pleasant to work with. I loved the work that she did for my August Sonoma wedding. She understood exactly what we wanted and was able to deliver above and beyond what we expected. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding florist. I can't thank Nona enough for making my wedding day so beautiful.

Nona is a GEM!! My husband and I had met with two other florists previous to meeting Nona and within 5 minutes with Nona, we knew we wanted to book her for our wedding. Nona is very creative and after we showed her some photos/ideas of what we wanted for our centerpieces, she drew out some pictures and came up with options for us that worked within our budget. We told Nona that we were doing a beach theme and Nona suggested we use sand & seashells within the vases to go with the theme. Her creativity and vision was so important and she went above and beyond our expectations. We also told Nona what we wanted to do with our placecards and she lent us a clear large tray and helped us prepare it before our reception by filling it with sand and setting up the starfish placecards for us. Nona is very personable and she made us feel at ease and confident that everything will turn out great and it did!! We couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend Nona and Floral Design Studio to our friends.

Nona is amazing floral artist and extremely creative! You can tell that she love what she does =). I told her my wedding colors (purple and green) and asked her to use whatever flowers were in season for my wedding at Palmdale Estates (Fremont, CA), Sunken Garden. She created a majestic floral arrangement that draped the perimeter of the wedding arch. My guests and bridal party was awestruck by the colors of the piece. We were also able to reuse this arrangement on our head table at the reception party. This piece made our headtable look very elegant.

Nona is AMAZING at what she does and you will not be disappointed! I showed her several photos of what I was looking for and she blew me away the day of by making it even better than what I expected. She listened to everything I said, made notes, and even sketched me the idea she was thinking of in-office during our consultation. She was able to help me work within my budget but still giving me the bouquet and alter pieces of my dreams! Not to mention the rest of the wedding was absolutely beautiful from the cake to the individual centerpieces :) She even helped me with my hair piece which consisted of 3 orchids and I got so many compliments on it as well as my bouquet! All in all, I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! She is a joy to work with!

Nona and her staff did an amazing job at our wedding. Everything looked beautiful! Nona is responsible, punctual, very professional and fun to work with. The bouquets looked stunning! The gazebo arrangement was beautiful and the flowers were so pretty and looked so perfect that it was hard to believe they were real. I highly recommend Floral Design Studio.

Nona Nona Nona of Floral Design studio! I love this woman! I was introduced to Nona through my planner Mary Phan and I am glad she had me meet with Nona because we instantly clicked! See the thing is Nona loves flowers and she loves doing amazing new things with flowers that most are afraid to do. I love that tenacity about her. Anyway, when I first met Nona we started discussing my ideas for flowers at my wedding and she was more excited than I was which I love. As the months and year went on I changed things here and there and Nona just rolled with the punches. At the very last minute we had to cut a large portion of the flowers for the ceremony out due to budget concerns and she was on board. She changed flowers around and gave options that will save us money and still have beautiful flowers. I can't say enough about the professionalism and flexibility of the Nona and her team. Nona did a wonderful job on the girls' bouquets. They were so beautiful and included my favorite flowers and colors. I loved the arrangements. She also helped with the design of the cake flowers, and let my mother-in-law come into the studio to work on some boutonnieres and corsages. I can tell that she has her customer's best interest.

Nona knew create ways to be creative and practical with pricing. I just told her the colors and themes and she showed me pictures and helped me visualize exactly how the wedding would be. The wedding flowers were beautiful!

Nona did the flowers for my daughters wedding on July 31 at Elliston Vineyards. My daughter talked to her about colors and flowers she liked and Nona made suggestions of other flowers in the same color scheme and drew the most beauiful pictures. She knew the site and knew just what was needed. The garland she designed for the gazebo in the garden where the ceremony was held was breathtakingly beautiful. Her staff stayed until the ceremony and pictures were over to move that arrangement to the head table. We will definitely call her when our other daughter gets married.

Nona is amazing. As soon as I sat down and heard her ideas, I was sold.I later found out that my soon-to-be mother-in-law wanted to pay for the flowers and wanted to meet with her and I thought "oh oh"...so I took her with me to meet with Nona. My now mother-in-law is huge on flowers...she knows every flower, which color they come in and which season...and she was totally impressed with her too! What a relief!Flowers were gorgeous...they arrived at exactly the time she said they would.Highly recommend Floral Design Studio...my friends have hired Nona for their wedding too!

Simply put- Nona is amazing!!!! She was recommended by all my other girlfriends in the bay area since she did their weddings. She had never worked at my venue in Napa before and I was soooo glad she agreed to travel to Napa to do my flowers. She did an amazing job! I planned my wedding from New York and she was always available and so efficient and organized. We would discuss the arrangements over the phone and the next morning I'd have an updated excel spreadsheet with the orders and what flowers she would use. I met her once in the studio prior to the wedding and she captured exactly the feel I wanted for my wedding. I received plenty of compliments and she is so reasonably priced. Great to work with, professional, and a fantastic artist, I highly recommend Nona and the floral design studio.
