Hoffman's Bakery Cafe & Restaurant

Ed Hoffman made our wedding cake for us. What a SUPERB cake we had. We wanted the princess cake (white cake, cream and strawberry in the middle and a marzipan top). Typically this cake is round. Ed listened to what we wanted to see as our cake and created a square three tiered cake for us. He altered the marzipan color to be an ivory color then created butter cream flowers which he colored to blend in with our tartan ribbon which we had as our trimming on our cake (The brides clan artan ribbon was used as we wanted to include the brides heritage into our wedding). We then had tri dots placed all around the cake. It was moist, beautiful, and loved by everyone. The price is very reasonable when you shop around, AND on your first anniversary, Ed will recreate the top tier so that you can have it all over again and don't have to have frost bitten cake on your first anniversary. We feel we made a wonderful decision going with Hoffman's bakery, plus it also had a lot of meaning for us as it is where we had our first date. Thank you Ed for such a WONDERFUL cake!!!

Ed makes the most delicious cakes. He made our wedding cake and it was perfect. I gave Ed a picture of how I wanted my cake to look and it turned out way better than I imagined. We had cake left overs and they were still delicious a couple of days later. The price was great and Ed is very accommodating, and we get an anniversary cake a year later!!

OMG!!! My cake was not only beautiful but most importantly DELICIOUS!!! Yummy! I have received numerous compliments on the cake, many from people who really aren't big cake eaters and ate their whole piece. They were helpful, professional and affordable.

Ed was great to work with he makes great tasting cakes that don't break the bank. We loved our cake design it was beautiful. The only complaint is that the cake was a bit dry, but the guests loved it.

THe Tirimisu cake was TO DIE FOR!!!
