When FedEx delivery botched their first attempt, she contacted her California office and within an hour, the delivery man was back at out front door in Atlanta, Georgia. I highly recommend her without any qualms whatsoever.

We really enjoyed working with Melissa -- she got back to us quickly, and provided us beautiful wedding stationary, and simply superb handmade ketubah and chuppah, which were both gorgeous.
