Presidio Chapel

My husband and I had our ceremony here. Hour guests were impressed by how beautifully this chapel has been maintained. There was a slight musty smell that comes with old wood, but we considered this just the nature of this historic chapel. This was definitely outweighed by the gorgeous view of the golden gate bridge on a clear a day and the lovely gardens. When we were scouting the venue, we were greeted by an eager chapel host who gave us a full tour of the different rooms and supplies they had available (candle holders, small decorative items). Sandra Pilon was very prompt in her communications with us leading up to the day and was very helpful with questions. On the day of the wedding, our chapel host (Betty) was eager, but wasn't proactive in offering us some of the amenities we had already been shown months earlier. She was very genuine, however, and we were pleased with her pleasant attitude. All in all, I would recommend this venue for the beautiful view, lovely interior, and satisfactory service.

Small white chapel on a hill was our place to tie the knot and after almost a year, me and my husband think it was the perfect place for us, the cross-cultural and cross-religious couple. Paul and Jan who are in charge of the organization was very kind and accommodated all our needs. If you want an intimate ceremony with people who really know you and love you, this is the place for you.

Beautiful Venue! The Presidio... do I need to say more? Natasha was the lady who help me coordinate the ceremony. She was very easy to deal with...Zero Drama! she actually refer our officiant. The doubling of bells before and after the ceremony, it made it even more special!

They were really easy to work with and very kind and personable. The site is gorgeous - a cute little wedding chapel...in a forest...in the big city. Very unique!
