Raquel is an amazing make up artist and a sweet person. She did an excellent job on my makeup and my Mom's for the wedding. She is flexible and will keep trying until you look exactly the way you've always dreamed on your wedding day. I would definitely recommend her!!

I never wear makeup and when I first met Raquel I was already traumatized by a bad hair&makeup trial with another artist. During our trial she immediately put me at ease and took the time to understand my needs. I was really impressed that she spent over three hours, getting my look right, making sure I was sitting in natural light and explaining her process as she went along.Raquel was very responsive to all of my questions and she was very helpful in assisting me with figuring out my day of timeline. Both of her assistants showed up to the hotel on time and they were very pleasant and gracious in dealing with nervous mothers and bridesmaids.I was really happy with how I looked on my wedding day and Raquel really is a great value for the level of service she offers.

Raquel was sooooo great! I was really happy with how everything turned out! She did a great job on me (the bride) as well as a great job on my mother-in-law and the other bridesmaids! Raquel made the make-up portion of the day stress-free!

raquel did my makeup along with eight others in my wedding. Raquel not only drove 2 1/2 hours for the wedding, but did a great job on my airbrushed make-up and hair, as well as my sister's and mom's. She was so nice and creative, and knew exactly what we wanted. I'd recommend her anytime!

I am from Fort Worth, Texas and chose Raquel to do my hair and makeup for my destination wedding in San Francisco based on her prior work which was showcased in her online portfolio. Not only did Raquel show up to our hotel THE DAY that we flew in to do my consultation, but she managed to do her work in the smallest working space ever. Literally, my hotel room was smaller than my walk-in closet! Haha. She has a great attitude and I felt immediately comfortable with her. She stayed until I was completely satisfied with how my hair and makeup was going to look the next day for my wedding. The next day she showed up on time, and my hair and makeup turned out better than it had the night before! My wedding was on the beach and I'm fair skinned so she used airbrush makeup on me so my skin would glow and stay fresh looking ALL DAY. Not only did my hair and makeup look killer throughout the windy ceremony, but it still looked perfect the NEXT morning when I woke up! Raquel is amazing at what she does and I am so happy that I chose her. I looked better than I ever thought possible, and my husband's jaw dropped the first time he saw me all done up. :) If you want a hair and makeup artisit that actually has a sense of humor and don't want to stress out about if you will look beautiful on your wedding day then go with Raquel! Her pricing is fair and very reasonable. I promise you, this girl knows what she's doing! I would reccommend her again and again and again!

Raquel was awesome! I must say I looked beautiful on my wedding day! More beautiful then I ever thought. All of us looked like models, and we all felt great!The only draw back was, that I had to be ready to take pictures at 1:30 and she didn't get finished up until 2:30. She arrived at 8:30am and she had 5 people's makeup to do with my hair only. We missed pictures beforehand. I even asked her if she was okay, and she said "oh yeah, we're fine". I was bummed and it added a tad bit stress on the day that I didn't need any. I will say I would use her again, but maybe make her bring another person with her to help with makeup?

Raquel was absolutely fabulous. She made me feel beautiful all the way through.
