I love trudys! I walked into the store (with an appointment of course) and the girls there helped me right away. Sat me down with my entourage I brought with me (haha) and got to work. I told them some things that I wanted and some things that I didn't want. They brought out multiple dresses and I put on my dress and that was it!! They were honest and caring staff. Trudy herself even came over and gave here opinion and of course she knows what shes doing so it all mattered! I loved trudys so much I even got all the bridesmaids dresses there and my dress altered across the way. I would highly recommend them for any dress for any occassion!!

This shop was the only place I went where I was given undivided attention, there weren't hoards of appointments booked at the same time and they have a HUGE selection of dresses for a great price! I found the dress of my dreams there and I love it! forget going to the other shops around the area! 5 STARS!

Although I didn't purchase my dress from Trudy's the associates were very helpful in recommending a seamstress to have my dress steamed. I purchased my dress in NY and needed some touch-ups done for the big day. I can not remember the name of the seamstress that helped me, but she was very reasonably priced and Trudy's sends a lot of their clients to her. Thanks Trudy's.

I was so happy that I had an experience with TRUDYS.The boutique was specious and carry all kinds of gorgeous pieces. And I loved atmosphere in it - very relaxing and stuff is very helpful.

Trudy's is the only place to go for your wedding dress. They are professional, helpful, and know what you need to look beatiful on your special day. Tammy B. is the best. She makes you feel special and know what you need even when your not sure. They go above and beyond.

After a full day of looking in San Francisco and not finding anything I drove to Campbell as my final destination for the day. So worth it and I wish I would have just started off there. If you've seen the show "Say yes to the dresss" and you want that kind of experience go see Trudy. Her staff is helpful and they will show you a ton of dresses. I had done the research so had print outs of a few dress styles that interested me. By the 5th dress and trying on a veil I was in tears. I had found my dress. I live about 4 hours away and they shipped the dress right to my house and I had my own seamstress do the alterations. I didn't get my shoes and additional pieces from there and if it wouldn't have been so far I would have gone back for a Rehearsal dinner dress. She had fabulous evening wear. Exotic and very colorful ones as well. A++++

Trudy's found me a dress like THAT! The first dress I tried on was "The One." Of course I tried a few more, but I really felt like they listened to what I wanted and brought me just the dresses I might like. The dress arrived earlier than they quoted, and it was so perfect! Thank you Trudy's!

I went to Trudy's in Campbell for my wedding dress and shoes. I must have been lucky because most people I had talked to did not have a great experience at the shop. I have to say that my experience was very good. I met Trudy the first time I went for my appointment and the associate helping me was attentive and listened to what I was looking for. All in all, I went twice to look at dresses and ended up with the first one I had tried on there. The dress actually came in a few weeks ahead of schedule.As for shoes, they didn't have a huge selection but I found some that would be perfect for my dress length. They were nice enough to provide me with a local cobbler that also did color match dying - which turned out wonderfully.

I had a fabulous experience at Trudy's, mostly thanks to Cheryl. She was very sweet and patient with me, especially since I didn't have a clue what I wanted. She brought many dresses for me to try on and was honest with the feedback. I had picked out a dress to see in store which was the one I ended up getting in the end. Trudy's may be a bit more expensive, but the customer service and attention to detail is very helpful!

I tried on about 60 dresses at 3 different locations. I did purchase my dress at Trudy's. I had 3 different consultants, a different one each time I went, and finally found my dress with Tammy. Trudy's does have an incredible selection. Lots of price points, but most are more expensive. Mine was approx $1500.00. My big problem with Trudy's is Trudy, she is kind of rude frankly, especially to her staff. Also after I picked up my dress and paid in full, I went back to look at veils, and was pretty much ignored. It was obvious that they were no longer in need of my business. Also check and double check those measurements. They wanted me to order a 14, but I went with the 12. The dress came in supper fast, like 2 weeks after I bought it, and I really should have ordered a 10. It was too big before I even lost any weight for the wedding. I think they were using a size chart for a different designer. One good thing though is my bridesmaids got 10% off their dresses because I got my dress there.
